Nivea manufacturer Beiersdorf’s shares are back in the Dax.

Frankfurt, Dusseldorf On June 20, the cosmetics group Beiersdorf will celebrate its comeback in the Dax. In return, the food delivery service Delivery Hero has to leave the leading German index. This was announced by Deutsche Börse after its quarterly review of the indices on Friday evening. Other Dax candidates still have to wait for the ascent. In contrast, there are several changes in the other selection indices.

Beiersdorf boss Vincent Warnery is happy about the return to the top stock market league. “For the Beiersdorf employees, this return is additional confirmation of their work over the past few months,” the Frenchman told Handelsblatt. However, the distinction between Dax and MDax membership has no effect on business, emphasizes Warnery, who has been head of the traditional Hamburg group for a good year.
