Several analyzes published earlier in the week expect new discounts in 2023. “We think further price cuts are likely,” wrote Bernstein analyst Toni Sacconaghi.
As recently as Friday, Tesla had reduced prices on all US models, with the Model 3 and Y dropping at least $1,000 cheaper, and the more expensive Model S and X dropping $5,000. It was already the third price reduction this year.
