New Development About the Lawyer That Comes to the Agenda with AVAX Allegations

Bittrex and Poloniex Send A Letter Against Attorney Raised With AVAX

Now Poloniex and Bittrex’s lawyers have sent a letter to the court arguing that Roche Freedman should be fired.

Lawyers of Bittrex and Poloniex, in their application to the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, stated that they were seriously concerned about the purpose of the investigation in question and the results of this investigation, upon Roche’s recent statements.

The lawyers of the stock exchange stated that a protection order was taken in the investigation and that lawyers are expected to comply with such decisions. However, lawyers said Roche’s statements made it clear that confidential materials obtained in the case were used for improper purposes.

Roche Freedman also sued several exchanges in 2020. The investors and trading firms they represent in these lawsuits, cryptocurrency claimed to be collaborating with stablecoin distributor Tether to manipulate its markets. Bitfinex, Bittrex, and Poloniex were among the defendants.

Last week, Kyle Roche filed a petition to withdraw from the lawsuit following the leak of a video series in which he talked about his relationship with Avalanche Blockchain developer Ava Labs.

The site called Crypto Leaks, which published the videos, claimed that Roche had filed various lawsuits on behalf of the company. Both Roche and Ava Labs vehemently denied the allegations.
