The second-generation HomePod will be available in two color options, ‘midnight’ and white. Apple states that the new color, called ‘midnight’, is created from 100 percent recycled knit fabric. The new color reminded us of the space gray of the previous generation.
The new HomePod includes Voice Recognition, which is also supported by other Apple devices. In this way, HomePod will be able to identify smoke and carbon monoxide alarms in the home and send notifications to users’ iPhones.
