Morgan Creek Capital Management CEO Mark Yusko shared his predictions about the leading cryptocurrency Bitcoin on CNBC’s Power Lunch program.
Morgan Creek CEO stated to Melissa Lee, the host of the program, that Bitcoin, called digital gold, can reach unimaginable prices when it reaches the gold level.
After underlining that the total market value of gold is approximately $10 trillion, Yusko said the following about the $250,000 price prediction predicted by crypto analysts for Bitcoin:
“The predicted $250,000 price for Bitcoin did not appear out of nowhere. This figure is the monetary value of its gold equivalent.”
The famous CEO stated that he believes that Bitcoin will easily reach the market value of gold in four years and that $250,000 can be seen in Bitcoin.
Mark Yusko stated that there will be a price increase due to the limited supply of Bitcoin to 21 million tokens in the past months, and said, “We know how much Bitcoin will be printed over the next 140 years”.
Yusko also predicted in an interview in 2019 that Bitcoin could reach $450,000 in the long run.
Reaching a new ATH of $69,044 in November, Bitcoin is currently trading at $57,240.
