Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer, who was connected to the NTV broadcast, made statements about education in disaster areas. Özer said that there will be no continuation condition at all levels in the earthquake zones in the 2nd period. After the earthquake, the Minister announced that students (parents) living in the region can be transferred to schools in the provinces of their choice, if they wish.
