Million Dollar SHIB Bought By 9th Largest ETH Whale!
World’s ninth largest Ethereum whale, recently millions of dollars worth of popular memecoin Shiba Inu (SHIB) he bought.
According to whale watching platform WhaleStats, Ethereum wallet “Tsunade” received 72,266,047,517 Shiba Inu worth more than $2.57 million from an unknown Ethereum address on Saturday.
According to Etherscan, the massive wallet currently holds a total of 1,831,517,309,563 SHIBs, worth more than $69.1 million at the time of writing. The address is home to 347 crypto assets worth over $286.11 million.
Additionally, WhaleStats noted on Twitter that the number of accounts holding a Shiba Inu hit a new milestone this weekend:
“New record: SHIB has reached an astonishing 1,035,000+ holders.

The crypto tracker also notes that the 1,000 richest over-the-counter Ethereum addresses have purchased an average of $1.03 million worth of Shiba Inu over the past 30 days.
Again, according to WhaleStats, these top 1,000 Ethereum wallets currently hold more than $1.77 billion in SHIB.
SHIB is trading at $0.000037, up over 8 percent in the last 24 hours at the time of writing.
The Ethereum-based meme token and the 13th largest crypto-asset by market cap is down over 35 percent from its 30-day high of $0.000059 and nearly 56 percent from its all-time high of $0.000086, which it reached at the end of October.
