The purpose of the strategic investment will be to support DeFi applications on BNB Chain. Ambit and Binance Labs; It aims to launch DeFi applications with a focus on innovation, security and risk control. It has been announced that the partnership will also be applied to other projects in the BNB ecosystem.
Ambit Finance will create a yielding BUSD-based stablecoin while providing new use cases for BNB Chain users. This model will benefit users to offer sustainable returns in all market conditions. Ambit as part of the roadmap; It will present the DeFi Superapp. In addition, it will offer innovative solutions in areas such as “secured lending and unsecured margin lending and structured products for financial institutions.
As part of the investment, both Ambit Finance and Binance Labs will work to improve the use of Binance’s native stablecoin, BUSD. Issued by Paxos, BUSD is regulated by the New York State Department of Financial Services (NYDFS).
