Hackers attacking the electronics retail giant MediaMarkt are demanding a ransom of $ 50 million to be paid in Bitcoin (BTC).

MediaMarkt, which has 1,000 stores in 13 countries, including Turkey, was attacked by ransomware earlier this week.

The Germany-based company, which was attacked by Hive, experienced technical glitches in many of its stores across Europe, especially in the Netherlands.
