Tensions rise dramatically in the jungle camp as contestants face starvation and mounting conflicts. Maurice Dziwak is eliminated, intensifying the atmosphere of distrust. Accusations fly, particularly between Timur Ülker and Anna-Carina Woitschak, with emotional confrontations leading to tears. A failed food challenge adds to the frustration, while a treasure hunt yields disappointing results. As the semi-final approaches, remaining contestants—Edith, Lilly, Pierre, Alessia, and Timur—prepare for a fierce competition for the finale.

Heightened Tensions in the Jungle Camp

The atmosphere at ‘I’m a Star – Get Me Out of Here!’ is increasingly charged as the finale draws near. The camaraderie that once existed among the contestants seems to have vanished, leaving behind a landscape filled with arguments, accusations, and whispers of deception. As the days go by without adequate nourishment, the stress levels skyrocket, and it appears the bickering will only intensify. In a shocking turn of events, Maurice Dziwak (26) has been eliminated from the show, marking the end of his jungle journey.

Unraveling Alliances and Emotional Showdowns

The jungle camp community is on the brink of chaos, especially following two consecutive evenings without food. Frustration is palpable, and harsh words are exchanged. In this fraught environment, Timur Ülker (35) addresses Anna-Carina Woitschak (32) directly, accusing her of undermining Edith Stehfest (30) behind her back. The confrontation leaves Anna-Carina at a loss for words, prompting a defensive response from Pierre Sanoussi-Bliss (62), who questions Timur’s motives. Amidst the turmoil, Alessia Herren (23) suggests Timur is merely seeking attention, shouting ‘Fake, fake, fake!’ at him.

As tensions rise, Anna-Carina claims that Timur seems ‘hypnotized’ and insinuates that Edith might be manipulating him. This accusation ignites a heated exchange between Anna-Carina and Edith, while Maurice attempts to mediate. However, the situation escalates further, leading to tears and a retreat by Anna-Carina and Lilly Becker (48). The campers speculate that Timur has fallen under some sort of spell, with Edith being the perceived puppeteer.

Things take a turn when Pierre’s attempt to communicate respect through a hand signal is misinterpreted by Edith, who reacts defensively. Pierre is bewildered by her accusation; he had no intention of being aggressive. As the campers grapple with the rising tensions, Alessia emphasizes the lack of true friendship among them, accusing Timur and Edith of playing the victim while the others appear as bullies. She, along with Lilly, Anna-Carina, Maurice, and Pierre, agree to ignore future provocations.

The drama escalates when Timur confronts Anna-Carina once more, leading her to break down in tears as she defends her feelings of being attacked. Edith watches with a smirk, indicating that the viewers have decided their fates. In a moment of emotional collapse, Anna-Carina vows that her loved ones will be her source of strength moving forward.

On Day 15, Timur and Edith face a challenging task involving disgusting boxes at ‘Murwillumbah Sun,’ a test that Anna-Carina previously abandoned. Despite their efforts, they fail to earn any stars, leaving the camp without food once again. Edith struggles due to her dyscalculia, finding it hard to differentiate numbers, which adds to the weight of their defeat.

Meanwhile, Lilly and Pierre set out for a treasure hunt known as ‘Duck Lottery,’ where they must collect ducks to reach a score of 44. Their teamwork proves effective, but the treasure chest disappoints, holding only a tiny jar of oregano. Frustration continues to brew within the camp.

As the episode unfolds, it becomes apparent that Alessia receives a ‘maybe,’ but Maurice emerges as the second candidate for elimination. Despite Alessia’s heartfelt pleas to remain, Maurice’s journey in the jungle comes to a close. With the semi-final approaching on Saturday, the remaining contestants—Edith, Lilly, Pierre, Alessia, and Timur—are set to battle for their spot in the finale.
