To prove that they were infected and only need to be vaccinated once, the antibody test (with blood drops) should be sufficient from now on.

For the status of recovered (6 months from infection) a positive PCR test is still required as evidence. Since, even with high-quality antibody tests, it is not possible to determine when someone has become infected and how good the protective effect is, antibody tests are still not suitable as evidence of the “recovery” status.
