Frankfurt, Düsseldorf In the end, there wasn’t even an office left. When the Frankfurt District Court appointed Jan Roth as the preliminary insolvency administrator for Amalasandan Dienstleistungen GmbH on June 11th at 10:28 am, Wellensiek’s experienced lawyer quickly became suspicious.
Usually he would have had to go to the company’s office to speak to the employees. The address sent by the district court led directly to the Frankfurt train station district. But Amalasandan Dienstleistungen GmbH was only a sub-tenant there. There were no employees either.
Roth’s new case has what it takes to cause some excitement in the telecom industry. Amalasandan is apparently a pure fantasy and is only intended to distract customers and business partners from the name that the company previously had: Lycamobile Germany GmbH, the German subsidiary of a global mobile phone company with 15 million customers in 23 countries.
