Dusseldorf For Katharina Hartmann, home must be a place of well-being. As a child, she was already interested in the new furniture ranges of the family company, says the daughter from the entrepreneurial family of the same name. The parents’ house was only 300 meters away from the company headquarters in Beelen in the Münsterland region and was therefore always present.

For a year now, the family business has been even more present in Hartmann’s everyday life. After all, since then she has been the commercial manager responsible for the areas of controlling, finance and human resources. The plan is to take over the company from her 62-year-old father. It would be the fourth generation and Hartmann would take over the company in challenging times.
