LPDDR5T features
Introduced in November 2022, the LPDDR5X can offer a data transfer rate of 8.5 Gbps. In LPDDR5T developed by Sk hynix, this value was announced as 9.6 Gbps.
Working in the ultra-low voltage range of 1.01 to 1.12V determined by JEDEC (Joint Electron Device Engineering Council), the LPDDR5T draws attention with its ultra-low power consumption. The global variant of the OnePlus 11 has appeared in the BIS and SIRIM databases with model numbers CPH2447 and CPH2449.

The company stated that it provides customers with a 16GB multi-chip platform that combines multiple LPDDR5T chips in one place. The developed technology has the capacity to process 77 GB of data per second, which is equivalent to transferring 15 FullHD movies per second.
SK hynix plans to start mass production of the LPDDR5T using 1anm, the fourth generation of 10nm technology, in the second half of the year. Analysts predict that new technology will enter our lives in 2024.
