Chancellor Helge Braun (48, CDU) condemns the ministers of the grand coalition of Chancellor Angela Merkel (67, CDU) to only-the-bare-bones-work. On Monday he warned all 13 federal ministers by letter not to anticipate the next government by taking decisions in the last few weeks of office.
