San Francisco The legal dispute between Apple and the game developer Epic Games over the app practices of the iPhone manufacturer is entering the next round. The developer known for the game Fortnite announced in a court document published on Sunday that it would challenge the judgment of a US federal court on Friday.
The court had ruled partially in favor of Epic Games and obliged Apple to relax its lucrative app practices. Accordingly, the group will enable app developers to use other payment systems in addition to its app store. However, the court did not follow other points of Apple’s business practices criticized by Epic Games. Both companies declined to comment on Sunday.
