Launched in December 2021, the James Webb telescope continues to reveal the secrets of space. According to research published by the University of Missouri, James Webb discovered 87 planets estimated to date back 13.6 billion years. This event, defined as the early universe, will shed light on the formation of galaxies.

The work led by Haojing Yan’s team has revealed a galaxy that existed only 200 million years after the big bang events. Stating that the light viewed with the James Webb telescope dates back 13.6 billion years, the team announced that the discovered planets and stars may have died.
The research team underlined that the data they have obtained is not yet at a level to obtain definitive results. It should be noted that this research is not the first early universe and galaxy discovery by scientists.
