Let’s start with our first feature. One of the most interesting camera features announced by Apple is the ability to shoot 24 MP through the 48 MP camera. No, the company isn’t using 2-in-1 pixel binning, instead combining data from a 48MP photo and a lower-resolution shot (presumably 12MP). We would also like to see this feature on Android devices because a 24MP or similar resolution provides functionality without taking up as much space as 48 MP.
Our second feature is assistance via satellite. Apple was part of the first wave of phone brands to offer satellite SOS functionality, and now it’s introducing a pretty cool feature related to satellite connectivity with the iPhone 15 series. This feature works similar to satellite SOS when you select a predefined problem (e.g. car won’t start, flat tire, no fuel/charge, etc.) and sends a message to the nearest roadside assistance/rescue teams.
