The iPhone 15 Pro models are expected to be the first to feature an A-series chip built on TSMC’s next-generation 3nm technology. It is worth noting that the A17 Bionic processors will only be used in iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max models.

It is speculated that Apple will use Sony’s latest “state-of-the-art” image sensors for the iPhone 15 models. Sony uses semiconductor architecture, which allows more photodiodes by placing photodiodes and transistors in separate layers.
Allegedly, Apple will include a 1-inch Sony IMX903 sensor in the iPhone 15 Pro Max model. It is stated that the main camera of the device will be 48 Megapixels.
