Frankfurt, Berlin, Düsseldorf The frontal attack on the insolvency administrator of the UDI group is 15 pages long and bears the letterhead of the law firm Schirp & Partner from Berlin. Schirp criticizes that the Dresdner is not independent, he has violated personal obligations and “destroyed the fundamental trust in proper conduct”.
