Frankfurt, Berlin, Düsseldorf The frontal attack on the insolvency administrator of the UDI group is 15 pages long and bears the letterhead of the law firm Schirp & Partner from Berlin. In the letter, investor attorney Wolfgang Schirp calls on the district court in Leipzig to dismiss insolvency administrator Jürgen Wallner from office. Schirps law firm represents some UDI investors. Schirp criticizes that the Dresdner is not independent, he has violated personal obligations and “destroyed the fundamental trust in proper conduct”.
