Insolvency administrator sees “good chances of success” for a restructuring

Berlin The insolvent Green City AG from Munich should live on. The provisional insolvency administrator Axel Bierbach announced on Monday that he saw good chances of success for a restructuring. The district court had previously appointed the lawyer from the Munich law firm Müller-Heydenreich Bierbach & Colleagues.

In a first statement, Bierbach announced that he wanted to continue the company and set up a “structured investor process”. “Green City AG operates attractive projects, has a very good reputation and has an extremely committed and competent workforce,” said Bierbach. Wages and salaries of the 120 employees are initially secured by the insolvency money.
