At least three people were killed in a rocket attack on the southern Ukrainian city of Kherson from Russia on Sunday, President Volodymyr Zelensky said. Another person was killed in a rocket hit in Kharkiv.

Reports like these could soon become more frequent, and concerns about a massive offensive by the Russian military in Ukraine are growing. Vadim Skibitskij of the Ukrainian secret service SBU is convinced that Russia is currently preparing a spring offensive in parallel with individual attempts to break through on some sections of the front.

“The coming weeks will be decisive,” says Kiev military expert Oleh Zhdanov in this context. The Russians are just starting a new offensive in the Donbass.
