In part, because the attacks on Russian territory have increased sharply recently: the drone strike on the roof of the Kremlin or the attack in Belgorod. A new attack was only a matter of time. However, it came as a surprise that several drones made it to Moscow at the same time. This is extremely embarrassing for Russia.
