How to query the fault line?
- Click this link to access the “Geosciences Map Viewer” page.
- In the left menu ‘faultsActivate the ‘ option.
- If you are accessing from a mobile device, click on the three line symbol at the top to open the left menu.
- All fault lines on the map in black color will appear.
Questioning active fault lines:
- Click this link to access the “Geosciences Map Viewer” page.
- In the left menu ‘Live FaultsActivate the ‘ option.
- If you are accessing from a mobile device, click on the three line symbol at the top to open the left menu.
- All live fault lines, on the map in different colors will appear.
- Color orange: Earthquake surface fracture
- Color red: Holocene fault
- Purple color: Quaternary fault
- Black colour: Possible quaternary fault or lineament
You can query not only fault lines but also landslides:
- In the left menu ‘LandslideActivate the ‘ option.
- If you are accessing from a mobile device, click on the three line symbol at the top to open the left menu.
- All landslides on the map in different colors will appear.
- Orange color: old landslide
- Color red: Active landslide
- Yellow color: Do not break, flow, slide, etc. shallow landslide areas
- Color green: active flow that can be mapped spatially
- Blue color: Old flow that can be mapped spatially
