Munich December 3rd has long been blocked in the Allianz calendar. Group boss Oliver Bäte wants to present his new three-year strategy on the Friday before the second Advent. Following the “Renewal Agenda” from 2016 and the subsequent “Simplicity wins” program since 2019, a new motto will set the Group’s goals by the end of 2024 from next year.

The name is still unknown, but financial experts already have specific ideas about the objectives. It is clear that, as in the two previous programs, financial, employee and customer goals are defined. In addition, sustainability and service issues are to be increasingly incorporated into the overall strategy.

In any case, the expectations of the financial experts regarding the new Allianz strategy are high. “The group will present itself as a brilliant value generator,” says Ingo Speich, fund manager at Deka Investment.
