Dusseldorf Everyone has narcissistic traits. Anyone who strives for attention, recognition and admiration does so primarily for self-preservation. In some cases, however, the urge to do so is so great that outsiders suffer. Then psychologists speak of a narcissistic personality disorder.
There are numerous studies that show that people with this personality structure end up in management positions more often than others. But how do you recognize narcissistic bosses? And is it possible to work with them at all?
