Dusseldorf Many Ukrainians who fled to Germany before the war also want to work in Germany. And many companies that are looking for skilled workers hope for qualified personnel.

Irrespective of this, many companies want to help integrate refugees of working age into the labor market, says Rainer Dulger, President of the Confederation of German Employers’ Associations. “The willingness to help has been great for weeks.”
First of all, companies are faced with a humanitarian task. “In a second step, many entrepreneurs can imagine training or hiring Ukrainians,” says the Employers’ President.
