Tomorrow Turkey Inflation Data Will Be Announced
On Monday, December 5, at 10:00, the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) will announce the inflation figures for November.
Economists participating in the AA Finans Inflation Expectation Survey expect the CPI to increase by 3.10 percent in November. Year-end inflation expectation dropped to 70.18 percent.
In October, CPI was 3.54 percent compared to the previous month, 57.80 percent compared to December of the previous year, 85.51 percent compared to the same month of the previous year and 65.26 percent according to the twelve-month averages.
Staking development is expected on the Chainlink (LINK) front on Tuesday. LINK has confirmed that the staking will go live on the Ethereum mainnet on Dec.
Data on Unemployment Benefit Applications will be released on Thursday at 16:30 in the USA, Turkey time.
Producer Price Index (PPI) data will be released on Friday at 16:30 in the USA, Turkey. The expectation is at 7.2%.
FED Chairman Jay Powell’s speech at the Brookings Institution on Wednesday showed that the Fed intends to slow the rate of rate hikes and that a 50 basis point rate hike may be made in mid-December. The upcoming PPI data is expected to support the slowdown in interest rate hikes.
Analyst Jim Cramer said he is keeping an eye on the producer price index and the University of Michigan Consumer Sentiment Index, which will be released next week, and he worries that sentiment may be too low.
