Google Chrome adds a new feature to the web browser that aims to help you find topics you’ve previously browsed and pick up where you left off. Journeys This feature, called (Journeys), is now available for the desktop version of Chrome.
This feature will essentially work as an extension of your browsing history. When you type a word in the search bar or your browser’s Chrome History Journeys When you go to the (Past Journeys) page, you will see a list of previously visited sites related to that topic. Chrome will calculate how much interaction you have with a particular site and will show the sites it thinks most relevant at the top.

Google reinvents search history with Chrome Journeys
Google says that with the Journeys feature, you can see the information you searched weeks ago about any topic. Journeys can also assist you in your prospective research by displaying relevant search terms.
Journeys will group your searches by topic, even if they are spread over different time zones. This will make it easier to remember the elusive page you visited than to navigate through the search history. In other words, you will see that all the sites you searched for a few hours and a few weeks ago are gathered together.
While the feature seems useful, you may have concerns about how this information is recorded and used by the company. To try to address these concerns, Google’s announcement said, “Journeys currently only groups history on your device; nothing to your Google account not recorded.” made the statement. You can also delete “individual items or entire event sets” from your Chrome settings or disable Journeys altogether.
Journeys currently only Chrome on desktop available. However, Google is investigating whether to allow access from multiple devices in the same way as syncing your passwords or bookmarks from one device to another.
