The whale, which owns 4 trillion Shiba Inu (about $91 million) in total, has made a $2 million purchase from the MKR stablecoin.
Ethereum Whale’s Second Choice Is AAVE
In addition, the same whale has acquired 16,706 units today with another purchase. AAVE added the token. The total value of AAVE tokens is approximately $2.7 million.

WhaleStats data also revealed that another Ethereum whale has purchased a large amount of Shiba Inu.
The amount of SHIB purchased by the whale was around 271 billion tokens. The wallet, the world’s 207th largest Ethereum whale, has added 271 billion Shiba Inus worth $6.5 million to its portfolio.
In addition, analytics company Santiment reported that large whale transactions have been recorded for AAVE over the past few days. Santiment reported on March 24 that the whales made seven $1 million transfers, creating a bullish wave before the price plummeted.
AAVE is known as a decentralized finance (DeFi) platform that users use to borrow and lend cryptocurrencies.
Users earn interest income from liquidity pools by depositing crypto assets on the platform.
Similarly, cryptocurrency borrowers can borrow from the liquidity pool by showing their crypto assets as collateral.
AAVE is currently the 53rd largest cryptocurrency in the world by market capitalization and is trading at $165 at the time of writing, according to CoinMarketCap data.
