Some personal information belonging to a limited number of our users has been shared on the internet. In our investigations, it has been determined that there is no external access to our systems. We continue to investigate the way in which shared information is accessed. With the said information, it is not possible for someone else to access the Getir accounts of our users. Since credit card information is not kept in our own systems, but stored in Mastercard’s MasterPass systems, there is no access to credit card information for the user.
As Getir, we have initiated legal processes before the relevant official authorities. We will reach our users whose information has been accessed and immediately give the necessary information. We will carry out this process in a transparent manner and we will inform the public if there are any developments.
