Dusseldorf If you want a higher salary, changing jobs is often the best option. And so many academics are currently thinking about changing employers – even if they are satisfied with their current job. This is the result of a survey by market researcher Trendence, which is carried out there annually. It is exclusively available to the Handelsblatt.
One in seven employees is therefore actively looking for a new employer, and one in three is open to offers. But which companies would the talented people who are willing to change jobs be most likely to apply to?
Trendence asked this question to a total of 25,652 highly qualified employees. First place among the most popular employers is occupied by a Dax group that has been at the forefront in recent years.
