Five ETFs that are suitable as supplements

Dusseldorf Investors who rely on exchange-traded index funds (ETFs) are also benefiting from the ongoing recovery on the stock market. The MSCI World, the most popular index for ETF savers, is up around 15 percent since early October. However, it is uncertain whether this recovery will continue in the face of a possible recession and persistently high inflation. There is no end in sight to the Ukraine war either.

In order to take such uncertainties into account, ETF savers can set other priorities in their portfolio in addition to the MSCI World. These can help to stabilize the performance in the depot when things are going badly on the broader market.

For this purpose, the Handelsblatt has filtered out five investment fields from the current outlook of the strategists of large asset managers and investment companies that professionals consider attractive and can be covered with theme ETFs.
