Features of the OPPO Reno 9 family have been revealed
The OPPO Reno 9, the entry-level model of the series, will use the Snapragon 778G processor produced by Qualcomm. The processor produced with 6nm technology has 1 2.4GHz – Kryo 670 Prime (Cortex-A78), 3 2.2GHz – Kryo 670 Gold (Cortex-A78) and 4 1.9GHz – Kryo 670 Silver (Cortex-A55) cores. The graphics interface of the processor, which is frequently encountered in mid-upper segment devices, is Adreno 642L running at 490MHz clock speed.
According to the leaked information, the company will include the same screen in all three models. The models that will come with a 6.7-inch FullHD Plus screen will have a 120Hz refresh rate. The devices, which are stated to be introduced with an OLED panel, have a 10-bit color range and a 2.33mm wide camera hole.
The OPPO Reno 9 Pro model will be introduced with the Dimensity 8100-Max processor produced by MediaTek. It is estimated that the Dimensity 8100-Max processor, whose technical specifications are not yet known, will be better than the base model in terms of core frequency and artificial intelligence performance.
The flagship model of the series, OPPO Reno 9 Pro Plus, will be presented to users with the Qualcomm Snapragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor. The Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor has Cortex-X2 at 3.19 GHz, three Cortex-A710 running at 2.75 GHz and four Cortex-A510 cores running at 1.80 GHz. Produced with 4nm technology, the graphics interface of the processor is Adreno 730.
The OPPO Reno 9 model will use a 64 Megapixel main camera and a 2 Megapixel depth sensor. OPPO Reno 9 Pro will be introduced with a 50 Megapixel main camera with Sony IMX890 sensor and an 8 Megapixel ultra wide angle camera. OPPO Reno 9 Pro Plus, on the other hand, will come with a 50 Megapixel main camera with OIS supported Sony IMX890 sensor, 8 Megapixel ultra wide angle camera and 2 Megapixel depth sensor.
OPPO will include a 4,500 mAh battery with 67W fast charging technology in the Reno 9 and Reno 9 Pro models. The Reno 9 Pro Plus model will come out of the box with a 4,700 mAh battery with 80W fast charging technology.
According to the leaked information, the price tag of the OPPO Reno 9 model will be under $ 400. The price of the Reno 9 Pro and Reno 9 Pro Plus models has not yet been revealed.
