Thanks to this feature called Voice Access, it works after you assign a number to each key on the keyboard.

Voice Access is being tested
With the Windows Insiders program, users can experience the new features coming to Windows early. While the latest update has eliminated many bugs, it introduced two new features. One of them is the virtual keyboard called Voice Access, which allows you to use the keyboard with voice commands. The second is the revamped task manager.
As part of voice access, a number is assigned to each key on the keyboard. The keys to which a total of 49 numbers can be assigned are located in the upper left corner of the keys on the virtual keyboard that we have been using for years. Users say aloud the number assigned to the key they want to press, and the computer presses this key within the command. In other words, when the user says “press 26”, the computer presses the Z key to which the number 26 is assigned.
On the task manager front, we see a redesigned application. In the task manager, which looks more compact and modern, the categories are lined up with nice icons on the left, while the large panel on the right shows the running applications. On the top right of this panel, there is a button used to stop the application. The task manager, which has not yet taken its final form, will be delivered to the end user by undergoing various changes in the coming days.
