FC Bayern: Again and again threats – Effenberg’s saying triggered the bomb alarm – football

The death threats against three FC Bayern stars shock the football world!

In an anonymous letter that was received by the FC St. Pauli office on January 12, Robert Lewandowski (33), Manuel Neuer (35) and Serge Gnabry (26) are named. The letter should be headlined: “Save the league, save football. Fire and death to the dirty Bavarian pigs.” The police are investigating.

Sad: Such perfidious threats are no longer uncommon in the football business. In the new edition of “Stammplatz”, BILD’s daily football podcast, reporter Christian Falk recalls an earlier incident.

The Bayern insider: “I’ve often seen death threats received by Bayern. I remember Stefan Effenberg there. In 2002 he called on the unemployed to reduce their support so that they could go to work. There were bomb threats against the whole crew. A player called me at the time and told me that the team hotel had to be vacated. Everyone was on the street.”

Ex-Bayern captain Effenberg said in an interview with “Playboy”: “Many people obviously live so well on unemployment benefits that they don’t feel like getting up early in the morning and bucking into the evening hours – just so that they end up of the month have a whopping hundred euros more in the account.”
