Famous Lawyer Said “I Have No Doubt”, Predicted Who Will Win The XRP-SEC Case!

Lawyer First Considers Grayscale Case

However, he took this matter a little further and made a comment on whether the current lawsuit between the SEC and Ripple Labs should also go to the US Supreme Court.

Deaton commented on a tweet posted by Twitter user @AP_Abacusm, which wrote that the Grayscale case is likely to move to the US Supreme Court. He added that “legal sources are impressed by Grayscale’s summary before the Washington Court and believe a win is possible.”

The CryptoLaw founder stated that he thinks a win is “more than likely.” The attorney thinks Grayscale has a 50/50 chance of winning in court, with a 75-80% chance of winning against the SEC if the case goes to the U.S. Supreme Court.

John Deaton Argues Ripple’s Victory Is Certain If The Case Between Ripple (XRP) And SEC Is Taken To The Supreme Court

John Deaton later stated that he is confident that if the SEC’s stance against Ripple goes so far as to take the case to the US Supreme Court, the court decision will go in favor of Ripple:

“I have no doubt that the current structure of the US Supreme Court will rule in favor of Ripple if it goes that far.”

And after the Supreme Court’s decision in West Virginia 🆚 EPA, I have zero doubt that the current makeup of the US Supreme Court will rule in favor of @Ripple if it goes that far. The SEC did not limit itsle to only apply to Ripple sales of #XRP. It went too far.
