The legal situation surrounding the planned legalization of cannabis is still controversial.

Munich Many details of the planned legalization of cannabis in Germany are still open. But Enchilada and the publicly traded Synbiotic already have a finished concept for a chain of cannabis store franchises up their sleeves. “It’s going to be a billion-dollar market and we want to be there from the start,” said Lars Müller, CEO of publicly traded cannabis specialist Synbiotic.

The two companies want to sell “cannabis products of all kinds” under the Heesh brand in modern and very cleanly designed shops. “There will only be a certain number of licenses, and it would be negligent not to be well prepared,” said Stefan Hackl, who is responsible for the project at the Enchilada gastronomy group. The partners could imagine opening at least a three-digit number of shops in-house and with franchisees.
