Turkey’s 100 percent domestic electric mini car, Mango Car, was met with great interest at TEKNOFEST 2024, Turkey’s largest aviation, space and technology festival, held in Adana. Mango Car, which stands out with its environmentally friendly features and innovative technologies, was one of the most striking products at the festival. Visitors showed great interest in the design of the vehicle and the smart driving technologies it offers.
Turkey’s first domestic mini car: Mango Car
Mango Car was introduced as a project that will contribute to Turkey’s electric car industry. ISSD Chairman Çağrı Kaptanoğlu emphasized that this vehicle is a technological breakthrough and stated that its features such as zero emissions and energy efficiency offer the transportation solutions of the future today. Kaptanoğlu stated that this domestically produced vehicle will make significant contributions to Türkiye’s economy and technological development in the long term.
Thanks to its fully electric engine, Mango Car produces zero emissions and is used in urban transportation without harming the environment. It provides energy efficiency thanks to its ability to fully charge in just 6 hours with a standard city grid and optimized route recommendations.

With these features, it provides an advantage to its users by offering a long range in urban use. In addition, it provides drivers with a safer and more comfortable driving experience by providing traffic lights and speed recommendations with the Traffic Control Center Software.
Thanks to optimization algorithms that minimize energy consumption, Mango Car is an economical and environmentally friendly transportation solution. This vehicle, exhibited at TEKNOFEST in Adana, increased interest in the transportation technologies of the future. Among the visitors was METU Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Yozgatlıgil also examined Mango Car closely and expressed his support for domestic production.
