Popular, supported by Elon Musk and showing surprise rises from time to time cryptocurrency unit of Dogecoin (DOGE)The digital currency exchange platform of Philippines-based Coins.ph in Coins Pro started trading.

Cryptocurrency Dogecoin (DOGE) Will Be Traded On This Exchange

The announcement was made by Coins.ph on Twitter. DOGE is now one of the different crypto-fiat pairs available for trading on Coins Pro, and users can directly trade cryptocurrencies using Philippine Pesos (PHP) with low fees.

In addition to market orders, the exchange also offers limit and stop-limit orders. Coins.ph is one of the oldest cryptocurrency exchanges in the Philippines, founded in 2014.

The exchange then turned to mainstream financial services and was acquired by former Binance CFO Wei Zhou in early April 2022.

DOGE was released as a joke in 2013 by software engineers Billy Markus and Jackson Palmer.

However, the popularity of the cryptocurrency skyrocketed in early 2021, thanks in part to social media endorsements from celebrities like Elon Musk.

The addition of DOGE to Coins Pro’s trading pairs further expands the platform’s offerings, giving users more options to diversify their crypto portfolios.

According to data provided by CoinMarkeCap, XRP and Shiba Inu are among the most traded cryptocurrencies on the exchange.
