The senior clerk at the Munich Regional Court had to answer before the Fürstenfeldbruck District Court because, according to the indictment, he obtained child pornographic material (with children and adolescents between 3 and 17 years of age, editor’s note) in 26 cases – and in one case, child pornographic material Material is also said to have owned.
Stefan P. was exposed as part of other investigations. The laptop employee from the Munich Regional Court I was confiscated as part of the investigation. 9000 image and 1000 video files with porn were found. Almost 40 of them with criminally relevant depictions of children and adolescents. He is also said to have exchanged disgusting sex fantasies with children with like-minded people via an Internet chat. According to the prosecution, for example, he described fantasies “that he had sexual intercourse with a 10-year-old girl named Melli”.

Stefan P. confessed in court. “It was stupid of me.” He explained that his partner had left him, along with the children, who are now six and eight years old. He had to care for his severely demented grandmother and was mostly at home. In this situation he consumed porn at night in front of the computer. He only wanted to watch legal pornographic material. But the prosecutor asked him: “Then why the sex fantasies with children?”
According to the regional court, Stefan P. was temporarily suspended from work. It is unclear whether he will keep his job. Verdict: nine months probation and a donation of 5000 euros to a non-profit organization.
