Dusseldorf, Berlin The affair surrounding the former editor-in-chief of the “Bild” newspaper, Julian Reichelt, becomes a celebration for lawyers. According to research by the Handelsblatt, with Alfred and Katharina Dierlamm for Reichelt and Hanns Feigen for Axel Springer Verlag, probably the most well-known German criminal lawyers have been mandated.
Reichelt relies on Stefan Seitz and Stephan Pötters for employment law. Seitz regularly represents greats from the sports world such as Toni Kroos or currently Fredi Bobic in a dispute with Hertha BSC Berlin. Springer Verlag relies on Christian Hoefs from the top law firm Hengeler Mueller.
Reichelt has also secured the services of Ben Irle, a well-known representative of his field, for questions relating to media law. Both sides apparently spare no expense in asserting their position.
