Simon Cowell covers David Walliams in CAKE as Axel Blake returns; plus how to vote

BRITAIN’S GOT TALENT has returned this evening for the fifth live semi-final of the week where eight more acts are battling it out to reach the final.

Simon Cowell covered David in cake during the opening of tonight’s show.

David has sent a lot of insults Simon’s way during the semi-final week and this could be Simon’s way of seeking revenge.

Returning tonight is Axel Blake, the hilarious comedian from West London, who judge Simon Cowell awarded his golden buzzer to during the auditions.

Also returning are Scooter Boys, aged 6 to 10, who had a false start to their audition after one member crashed during a trick.

However the boys got straight back on their scooters to complete the daredevil routine.

The news comes as Loren Allred was voted as the winner of yesterday’s show making it through to the final after her faultless performance.

5 Star Boys were also voted through by the judges.

The final of Britain’s Got Talent will be on Sunday.

  • Simon Cowell makes MAJOR change to BGT semi finals

The TV titan, 62, has decided to bring back the all-important moment when the judges make their grand entrance onto the stage together at the start of the show after viewers and fans were left disappointed.

It comes after Simon ditched the popular walkout, with three out of the four live shows this week starting with the judges already in the seats.

It means that viewers don’t get to see Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon’s outfits in all their glory.

  • Marc Spelmann breaks silence on rumours he is the Witch

BRITAIN’S Got Talent’s Marc Spelmann has finally put to bed rumours he’s behind the terrifying Witch and Phantom acts.

The magician, who made the semi-finals in 2018 and finished runner-up the following year as mysterious Magician X, has been linked to the two spooky characters ever since their auditions last month.

However, in a new exclusive interview with The Sun, Marc has set the record straight once and for all: he’s not either act.

Insisting “they’re 110 percent not me”, he said: “I don’t think the Witch is a magician. There’s talk of it being Stephen Mulhern, but Stephen Mulhern is 6ft, he’s quite tall, and I can’t see him in that outfit.

“And the Phantom… I’ve no idea as to the actual identity of the Phantom at all.”

He laughed: “There was someone who did a joke saying ‘is Marc Spelmann one of the Teletubbies?’ That would have been more my style. Let’s go completely left of centre.”

  • Fans ‘unmask’ The Witch as ex-Corrie star

BRITAIN’s Got Talent fans say they’ve “unmasked” The Witch as an ex-Coronation star as they predicted the act “will be back.”

The wart-riddled magic act’s time in the competition came to an abrupt end in Monday’s first semi-final.

Busker Maxwell Thorpe and 13-year-old ventriloquist Jamie Leahey were chosen from the eight acts that performed to go through to the final.

But fans now think they’ve figured out who is behind the mask – and say the act will return to wreak havoc in the final on Sunday.

Some have speculated actor Ian Bartholomew, who played abuser Geoff Metcalfe on the cobbles, could be behind the act.

One responded to a post about Ian on social media and declared: “He’s the Witch!”

Another replied: “You have got me thinking now [because] I saw it was Stephen Mulhern!”

  • What have the judges said about 5 Star Boys?

While judges Simon Cowell and David Walliams referred to the act as ”the best audition we’ve seen all day” and ”perfect.”

  • How did 5 Star Boys reach the Britain’s Got Talent final?

The emotional routine brought judges Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon to tears.
