Denmark has on Friday ALL Corona restriction lifted – now there was a concert in the capital Copenhagen with 50,000 visitors! And: if you wanted, you could also get vaccinated on site.
The rock band “The Minds of 99” played in the sold out Parken Stadium on Saturday evening. According to the organizer and the Danish newspaper “Jyllands-Posten“The band is the first to have played a stadium show with full audience capacity in Europe since the beginning of the pandemic.
But the concert had something special to offer its visitors: Those who wanted could get vaccinated before entering the stadium!

The Danish Ministry of Culture announced on Saturday that such pop-up vaccination stations should also be set up before other larger concerts and events in the coming period. The aim of the vaccination campaign is above all to reach younger people.
Start of the # HierWirdGeimpft campaign
In Germany, too, people should be motivated again to get vaccinated – there will be a nationwide vaccination campaign week in the coming week!
Only 62 percent in this country are fully vaccinated against Corona, probably too little. Therefore, Health Minister Jens Spahn (41, CDU) calls again for vaccinations.

In the capital, Berliners can get vaccinated at the kebab shop or in the zoo, but there will also be a lot of special vaccination campaigns in the other 15 federal states in the coming week.
There are also vaccination buses all over Germany, which allow vaccinations in many places on your own doorstep or in the immediate vicinity. Registration is usually not required.

Will the combined vaccination come soon?
▶ ︎ According to BILD am SONNTAG information, the Standing Vaccination Commission (Stiko) also wants to advise on the possibility of giving flu and corona vaccinations in the coming week for the first time.
So far, the Stiko recommends a minimum interval of 14 days to other scheduled vaccinations before and after each Covid-19 vaccination. According to initial study results, that could change. The British University of Bristol has been investigating the simultaneous administration of a corona and an influenza vaccine since spring.
A statement from Stiko could be available by the end of September.
Virologist Klaus Stöhr (62) on BILD am SONNTAG: “Such a simultaneous vaccination would make sense. Because the two viruses overlap both in terms of their seasonality and in terms of the group of people at risk. ”In practice, Stöhr expects that two injections would then be given, for example one in the left and one in the right upper arm.
