Is this longstanding affair coming to its sad climax in court? Corinna zu Sayn-Wittgenstein (57) and Juan Carlos I (83).
The businesswoman accuses the Spanish old-king of threatening and spying on her with the help of agents after their five-year relationship ended in 2009 in order to ruin her reputation.
In the court files there is talk of a “continuing threat, bodily harm, trespassing and surveillance” against Corinna zu Sayn-Wittgenstein.
When asked by BILD, Corinna did not want to comment on Sayn-Wittgenstein. Corinna zu Sayn-Wittgenstein’s lawyers, according to the British newspaper “Mail on Sunday”, see the dispatch of foreign agents on British soil as a reason for a comprehensive investigation.
So far, it is said, Juan Carlos has always relied on the fact that a former king could not be brought to justice because of his diplomatic immunity.
That could possibly change now …
