The Competition Authority, which discussed the information, documents and determinations obtained in a preliminary research carried out at its meeting dated 30.09.2021, considering the findings serious and sufficientregarding the prevention of data transfer in terms of online platform services and the determination of whether Article 6 of the Law No. 4054 has been violated by other means. The owner decided to open an official investigation against Bilgi Teknolojileri Pazarlama ve Ticaret AŞ with the decision numbered 21-46/655-M.
