Berlin As the last of the three parties, the FDP has now also submitted the list of who should negotiate on its side about a possible traffic light coalition. The party named a total of 86 people – the Greens had appointed 60 negotiators, the SPD even 105.
Four people are on the list as main negotiators: In addition to party leader Christian Lindner, General Secretary Volker Wissing, parliamentary managing director Marco Buschmann and Bettina Stark-Watzinger, a member of the federal executive committee. The Greens only named three executives, while the SPD named six.
There are no big personal surprises with the Liberals. It is above all the specialist politicians and experts from the Bundestag and some regional associations who are supposed to represent the positions of the FDP.
It is interesting, however, that, unlike the SPD, for example, some politicians are represented in several committees. The Greens hired entire teams for several topics.
