Cardano (ADA) developer Input Output reiterated that it wants to ensure that the upcoming Vasil hard fork is managed in a “safe” and “safe” manner.
Developers Revealed Requirements for Cardano Update
Three key indicators have been outlined that will determine when the upgrade’s mainnet launch will take place. First of all, 75% of mainnet blocks must be created by the last Vasil node candidate.
The developers recently released Cardano node version 1.35.3 for use on the Vasil developer network. According to Input Output, this version will trigger the mainnet upgrade as long as the developers do not face any technical difficulties.
Secondly, cryptocurrency Around 25 exchanges, which represent the bulk of its current liquidity, need to be included in the system before the upgrade can take place.
Finally, leading Cardano-based decentralized applications need to be upgraded to node version 1.35.3. According to data provided by DefiLlama, Minswap, WingRiders, SundaeSwap, MuesliSwap and Lending Pond are currently ranked as the top five most popular dApps on the network.

The Vasil hard fork was originally scheduled to launch in early July, but its release was delayed indefinitely due to technical difficulties.
However, Input Output thanked the ADA community for their continued support and added that the community will be notified via Twitter as new developments become available in the coming weeks. The ADA developer company also said in its statements:
“The Vasil update is our most ambitious work program. None of this would have been possible without the support of the community, it was a real team effort. Our primary concern is to manage this upgrade safely and securely.”
