Statement by Getir:
Getir confirmed in a statement from its official accounts that some personal information was shared on the internet. This information owned by a limited number of usersstated that as a result of the investigations, it was determined that there was no external access to their systems.
While it was said that the access method was being investigated, it was added that it was not possible to access the Getir accounts with the said information. In addition, it was stated that credit card information is stored in MasterPass systems, not in their own systems, so there is no access to this information for the user.

The data allegedly seized were as follows:
- Users’ name-surname information
- Address and address descriptions
- phone numbers
- User tokens
- Email addresses
- 8 digits of credit cards
- Order information
- Access passwords for some encrypted apartments
- Users’ encrypted account passwords
- Infrastructure data
In a post on a hacker forum, it was claimed that personal data of about users was captured. Sample data allegedly belonging to 5000 users was shared. Total of data from 100 million rows was among the allegations.

Although it is claimed that information such as credit card leaked, the statement made by Getir stated that there was no such thing for the user.
