Bouygues Telecom Enterprises has restructured into two brands: Bouygues Telecom Pro for SMEs and Bouygues Telecom Business for larger organizations. Bouygues Telecom Pro focuses on simplifying services for professionals, offering solutions like the Box Pro All-In-One and the bSecure Firewall Pack. Bouygues Telecom Business specializes in digital infrastructure, including cloud services and industrial 5G technologies. With strategic partnerships and a growing client base, Bouygues Telecom aims to enhance connectivity and support digital transformation for over 104,000 clients, including many CAC 40 companies.
Bouygues Telecom Enterprises Transforms into Two Distinct Brands
Bouygues Telecom Enterprises, known as BTE, has officially restructured and evolved into two new commercial entities. Bouygues Telecom Pro is tailored for professionals and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), while Bouygues Telecom Business caters to mid-sized companies, large corporations, and public sector organizations.
This strategic rebranding aims to improve the clarity and visibility of offerings within the BtoB landscape. Similar to Bouygues’ approach, Orange has also distinguished its services between Orange Business and Orange Pro, while SFR consolidates under a single brand, SFR Business. In contrast, Free has opted for Free Pro, which may not fully address the needs of larger enterprises.
Innovative Solutions for Professionals and Large Accounts
Bouygues Telecom Pro is committed to being a “facilitating partner” for independents and SMEs, focusing on simplifying offers, streamlining implementations, and providing dedicated support. Among its offerings is the Box Pro All-In-One, which integrates internet access, automatic 4G backup, cybersecurity solutions (such as VPN and web filtering), a telephone switchboard, collaborative tools, and essential equipment like routers and Bluetooth headsets.
In late November, Bouygues Telecom unveiled a new cybersecurity package for SMEs called the bSecure Firewall Pack. This solution features a Fortinet firewall capable of managing up to 30 connected devices, complemented by 24/7 threat monitoring powered by AI algorithms and local French support.
On the other hand, Bouygues Telecom Business positions itself as an expert in digital infrastructure transformation for larger companies. It specializes in network virtualization and security, hybrid cloud integration, modern work methods, and the deployment of industrial 5G technologies. To tackle these complex challenges, Bouygues Telecom Business operates through six excellence centers: cloud, cyber, mobile services, networks, digital, and IoT.
With the acquisition of digital services company C2S last year, Bouygues Telecom aims to provide comprehensive support for its clients throughout their digital transformation journey.
Strategic Partnerships and Growth Initiatives
Bouygues Telecom Business boasts a robust cloud service portfolio. Following the acquisition of Nerim, it has expanded its offerings through a partnership with OVHcloud, enabling clients to access leading European private cloud infrastructure (Hosted Private Cloud).
Additionally, Bouygues Telecom is a co-founder and shareholder of NumSpot, a trusted cloud platform developed in collaboration with the Banque des Territoires, Dassault Systèmes, and Docaposte. NumSpot offers a diverse range of services, including IaaS and PaaS, along with sovereign AI and essential certifications like SecNumCloud and HDS.
To enhance its connectivity solutions, Bouygues Telecom has become an official reseller of Starlink, SpaceX’s satellite communication service. This offering serves as a reliable backup for existing networks or as an alternative to fiber optic connections in underserved areas.
Currently, Bouygues Telecom’s enterprise division serves over 104,000 clients, including approximately 70% of CAC 40 companies, and employs around 2,000 staff members. The division has experienced consistent growth over the past five years, attributed to its strategic acquisitions and partnerships with companies like Starlink, OVHcloud, and Fortinet.
